Background[]

However unlike her siblings, she was very protected of Nil, even giving him her dagonstone to strengthen their bond and states that he will always be by her side. When four of her other siblings threatened to kill Nil she killed them all in a rage which inadvertently earning Sombron's attention and favor for her deed.
Despite being a fell dragon she and Nil defected from Sombron's forces and met the Alear of her world. Overtime she bonded close with Alear and later had feelings for them. On the day of the final battle between Sombron and Alear she planned on confessing her love for them but couldn't get the chance to do it as Alear and Sombron both dealt killing blows to each other. And with the death of Alear the last divine dragon, Elyos began to decline and Nel was left devastated. And to make matters worse the war and aftermath caused nearly all of the inhabitants of Elyos to die and later be revived as Corrupted, leaving only Nel, Nil, and their loyal followers, the Four Winds as the only living beings left. The royals, unaware of their Corrupted state decided to cut all ties with the fell dragon twins and waged war against each other for the remaining resources.
Horrified to seeing her world falling apart she sent each member of the Four Winds to watch one of the kingdoms and performed a ritual with Nil to summon a hero to help them save the world and stop a mysterious successor of Sombron's.
