The Neo Heroes is an organization founded by Fuzzy and Blue (son of Blast) to replace the Hero Association. They created the organization to show what true justice and heroism is. Blue view the Hero Association to be self-serving and corrupt. However their own organization don’t seem to be that great on the surface as that great on the surface, because of weird and immoral recruiting systems and practices.

They have a different method recruiting heroes, instead of making the candidate do physical tests, the Neo Heroes recruit members by having the participant competing against each other. Which surpass far more than the 546 pro heroes, as it has 2000 candidate. Unlike Hero Association’s ranking system where Pro Heroes are working with heroes as the same level as them and weaker hero are working with heroes at the same as them, for the Neo heroes have a favor of trying to create a system where both weak and strong heroes can work in teams to help each others.
The Neo Heroes are also seems to be aware current situations of the Hero Association, to have unfairness and security damage are often caused by some of their more powerful heroes, like Tatsumaki. So they keep this in mind to not make the same mistakes in their own organization. The hero’s behavior and acts also are in need to be controlled in their organization unlike the Hero Association, which is the reason why Child Emperor, Darkshine and a few other heroes have left the Hero Association to work with the Neo Heroes.
