Neuro is is the current Elemental Master of Mind and an ally of the Ninja in LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, appearing as a supporting character in both Season 4: Tournament of Elements and Season 9: Hunted.
He is voiced by Paul Dobson who also voices Sensei Wu.
History[]
Neuro was a competitor in Master Chen's Tournament of Elements. Though wise and insightful, Neuro could be distrustful and selfish, especially towards the other fighters. When Chen's true plans unfolded, Neuro joined the Elemental Masters to reclaim their powers but failed to prevent the Anacondrai Cultists from becoming fake Anacondrai.
After regaining their powers, the Elemental Masters united against Chen's army at the Corridor of Elders. Neuro and his allies were being overwhelmed until Garmadon sacrificed himself to the Cursed Realm to end the Second Serpentine War, cursing Chen and his followers.
Months later, Nadakhan imprisoned Neuro and the other Elemental Masters in the Djinn Blade, though when Jay made his final wish, these events were erased and Neuro was freed.
After the supposed demise of the original original ninja, Neuro and many others joined the Resistance in a bid to resist Lord Garmadon's oppressive rule. After getting the support of Ninjago City's civilians by stopping hunt on their allies and Lloyd's speech on TV, Neuro was caught during an ambush on the Resistance base and sent to Kryptarium Prison. Sometime after that, the Resistance members and prisoners of Ultra Hunt, including Neuro escaped Kryptarium to help the ninja before they succeeded in freeing the city.
Years later, Neuro participated in the Tournament of the Sources, where he lost to Nokt during a 1 vs. 1 match.
Appearance[]
Neuro has white and black hair. He also has a goatee, and black eyebrows similar to Kai's. Neuro wears a gray and tan robe-like attire with a leather collar and belt.
In Season 9, Neuro's hair has thinned out, now appearing similar to Master Chen's hair in the past and Flintlocke and Cliff Gordon's hair.
Abilities[]
Neuro uses his power of mind to foresee Bolobo's move during their fight.
- Telepathy/Mind Reading - Neuro can read other people's minds. Also, he can use this for other effects and through other sources, such as entering or linking/melding with other people's minds, sensing their presence, negating or becoming immune to other telepathic or brainwashing powers, etc.
- Telepathic Prediction - As an extension of this power, Neuro can predict an opponent's next move by reading their thoughts.
- Psionic Blasts - Neuro can also project an offensive psychic blast to give the enemy a sudden headache.
- Telepathic Communication - Neuro can send a telepathic message to others.
- Enhanced Observation - As seen with Neuro, the user can possibly use the power of Mind to be incredibly keen to details.
