The New Ninja are supporting antagonists in Season 15: Crystalized of the LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu TV series. They are a group of crime-fighters founded after the original ninja team disbanded following Nya's sacrifice. They are known for successfully bringing down villains like Miss Demeanor and Pythor, and even defeating the original ninja.

Biography

After Nya sacrificed herself to save Ninjago from Kalmaar and Wojira, the Ninja team disbanded and was unheard of for a whole year. During this time, the New Ninja were formed and sanctioned by Ulysses Trustable, Ninjago City's new mayor, to fight criminals. They were first seen interrupting a Vengestone smuggling operation run by Miss Demeanor, but failed to stop the villain from escaping.

The New Ninja, however, got back at Demeanor by tracking her down and cornering and defeating her right as she was fighting the original ninja. The New Ninja explained to the old ones that they were inspired by them to create their own team, but still mocked them over being "out of shape" and left for a meeting with the mayor.

When the disguised ninja intercepted a convoy to steal Aspheera's staff from it, they discovered that the New Ninja were already there, and a fight ensued. Kai accidentally blows his team's cover, however, and the Teal Ninja learns that the old ninja had become criminals, relating the news to the mayor. The New Ninja pursue the old ones to their monastery and put them under arrest, but leave Nya, Wu, P.I.X.A.L. and Skylor alone, as they didn't take part in the robbery.

When the Overlord, now known as the Crystal King, attacks Ninjago, they attempt to fight off his troops, but are defeated and turned into crystal zombies. They are freed from their corruption when Lloyd defeats the Overlord and are last seen helping rebuild the ninja's destroyed monastery.
