Detective Nicholas "Nicky" Flippers (addressed as Mr. Flippers to Red Puckett and others) is one of the supporting protagonists in the movie Hoodwinked.
He is a long-legged, suave, debonair, and pleasant private detective frog. Flippers is in charge of the Happily Ever After Agency, as well as being another member of the woods' police force.
Flippers has a pet wire fox terrier (which is unnamed).
Flippers is voiced by the late David Ogden Stiers who also voiced Cogsworth and Jumba Jookiba.
