Nigel Powers is the father of Austin Powers and Dr. Evil. He first appeared in Goldmember.
He is played by Michael Caine who also played Alfred Pennyworth in The Dark Knight trilogy.
History
Nigel Powers is the father of both Austin Powers and Douglas Powers aka Dr. Evil. He lost his wife in an assassination attempt while on a trip with their sons in Belgium. He found Austin while Dr. Evil was adopted by Belgians and raised to be evil.
