Nightshade is a supporting character in Transformers: Earthspark. They are the younger sibling (alongside Hashtag and Jawbreaker) of Morgan, Twitch, Thrash, and Robby Malto. They are one of the three second batch of Terrans born from the Emberstone.
They are voiced by Z Infante.
Appearance[]
Originally Nightshade was silver with a bit of black with blue eyes and one light blue bumps on each of their shoulders, forearms, and chest with two bumps on both legs and four on both sides of their hip. Their head was a silver crested with pointed ends that point upwards.
After scanning their alt mode Nightshade's body becomes green/teal with the exception of their face and hands that become white. His hands also gained claw liked fingers. Their eyes also become green with their iris becoming a lighter green. The points on their head and shoulds become pointed, their arms gained pointed like forms, and they gained wing like things on both sides of their head and bottom half. They also gained retractable metal like feathers in their arms.

Biography[]
When Mo, Robby, Alex, Twitch, and Thrash were surrounded by Arachnamechs in the cave Quintus answers Mo's call for help he uses his Emberstone to shut down the Arachnamechs and create three new Terrans Hashtag, Jawbreaker and Nightshade. Nightshade helped their family escape the cave and introduced themselves to everyone. During Optimus' briefing on the plan to save Dot and Megatron Nightshade asked if they could be the owl bobblehead and reveals their non binary pronouns. After a hard fought battle Mandroid is defeated and Nightshade along with Hashtag and Jawbreaker are welcomed into the family by Dot.
