Nirmala is a lioness heroine who serves as one of the main protagonists of the 2016's TV Show Lion Guard's final season. She is the healer of the animals at the Tree of Life.

Backstory[]
Nirmala was born in an unknown pride some years before the events of The Lion Guard. When she was older, Nirmala left her pride and travelled to The Tree of Life where she joined it's protectors The Night Pride and served as healer there.
Personality[]
Unlike most of the members of the Night Pride, Nirmala isn't aggressive nor rash. She is most often calm, patient, and wise, particularly when curing an animal's injury. Therefore, during the battle scenes of her team and Makucha's army, she dislikes predators especially the ones that disrespect the circle of life. This shows that she is quite protective of her territory and family/friends. Overall, Nirmala is a calm and wise animal, but at the time, has great sense of justice and confidence in fighting her enemies.
Physical Appearance[]
Nirmala is a young adult Asiatic lioness who has chestnut type of brown colored fur. In addition, she has blue eyes, and a pinkish orange flower on her left ear. And as a member of the Night Pride, she has a logo of the Tree of Life on her right shoulder.

- Nirmala is the only member of the Night Pride that is not a relative of Rani.
- Nirmala is one of four lioness characters in The Lion Guard to have blue eyes. The other three are Nala, Vitani and Zuri.
- Her name means different things in each of her name's origin.
