Noa Ushio (生塩ノア in Japanese) is one of the characters in the 2021 roleplay game Blue Archive who studies in Millennium Science School and wields a Handgun. She is the secretary of Seminar, the student council of Millennium. She handles various document-related work using her incredible memory.
Noa is a helpful member of Seminar. Utilizing her incredible memory, she is able to record nearly everything that's been said during meetings. She often poses a calming front with her subtle smile that stays in her face for long periods of time. She takes her job as a secretary seriously. She also has a role of reviewing patents, in which her memory comes in very handy. However, she likes teasing people a lot, especially her dear friend Yuuka Hayase, making jokes that will make her friend embarrassed.
