Nokama is one of the protagonists that appeared in the BIONICLE series and is also as one of the main protagonists in both the 2004 and 2005 storylines and later became one of the supporting protagonists in the rest of the storyline. She was once the Ga-Matoran who worked as the teacher in the Ga-Metru schools before she became the Toa Metru. Later after she and the other Toa Metru sacrificed their powers to reawake the Matoran, she became the Turaga, though she aided the Toa Mata in the later story.
She was voiced by Tabitha St. Germain as the Toa Metru and later voiced by Lesley Ewan as the Turaga in the animated series.
