Nokoru Imonoyama is the main protagonist of Clamp School Detectives.
Nokoru Imonoyama was voiced in Japanese by Akemi Okamura (who also voices Nami from One Piece) and in the English dub by Juliet Cesario.

Background[]
Nokoru Imonoyama was born on June 16th of an unknown year as the youngest member of the Imonoyama Zaibatsu, Tokyo, Japan's wealthiest (and most eccentric) family, as well as the founders of Clamp School. By his third-grade year, Nokoru was entrusted with his family's electrical division and was made class president of Clamp School's elementary division. During the summer of his third-grade year, Nokoru was kidnapped by a woman calling herself Casablanca, but was rescued by Suoh Takamura, a recently transferred second-grader who had been kidnapped alongside him.
By his sixth-grade year, Nokoru appointed Suoh as the secretary of the elementary division and also befriended Akira Ijyuin, whom he would appoint as the division's treasurer.
In the anime, years before he met Suoh or Akira, Nokoru had befriended Idomu Yudaiji at a summer resort (though they didn't learn each other's names at the time). However, Nokoru unknowingly incurred Idomu's jealousy when the latter's mother bandaged his scraped knee and smiled at him.
Events of Clamp School Detectives[]
After he, Suoh, and Akira help a woman being harassed by her brother-in-law, Nokoru founds and leads the Clamp School Detectives with the objective of helping other "damsels in distress."
