Norba Shino is a unit leader of Tekkadan and one of the main heroes of Mobile Suit Gundam IRON-BLOODED ORPHANS.
He is voiced by Taishi Murata in the original Japanese version and by Lucien Dodge in the English dub.
History[]
Norba Shino was originally of the Chryse Guard Security Third Group alongside many other child soldiers and Human Debris. After the Third Group staged a revolt against the adults of the company and took it over, renaming it Tekkadan, Eugene became a mobile suit and the commander of Tekkadan's First Unit, nicknamed the "Ryusei Unit".
During the revolt staged by McGillis Fareed with support from Tekkadan against Gjallarhorn, Norba Shino took part in the battle fought by Tekkadan and McGillis's Revolutionary Fleet against the Arianrhod Fleet commanded by Rustal Elion. To cripple the Arianrhod Fleet Norba agreed to fire a railgun at Rustal's flagship and take out the Arianrhod Fleet's leader. However, right as he got close, Julieta Juris attacked him in her mobile suit and his shot missed the bridge of Rustal's ship. In a rage at having lost his only shot, Shino charged the Arianrhod Fleet and was presumably killed by while holding them off to buy time for the rest of Tekkadan to flee.
