Norn Patolakshe is the older sister of Elluka, the scientist who helps the Red Cats. Due to repeated use of gollem the Black Crown Cronos, she has deaged to a child.
History[]
At one point she found and became master of the Black Crown. Each time she used its time altering powers, Norn de-aged more and more.
Appearance[]
Norn is a young woman who dresses in a white shirt and black skirt with matching leggings and shoes. She has long incredibly pale blue hair and matching, sharp eyes.
Personality[]
Norn has a short fuse about her looks, having kicked Touya where the sun don't shine; luckily it didn't do lasting damage (he still had kids). She is very strict with her airhead sister, whom constantly wastes food money on technology.
