Nuova Shenron is one of the Shadow Dragons in Dragon Ball GT. He is also the less sinister of his group.
About
Nuova Shenron, like all the other Shadow Dragons, was born from the negative energy of one of the wishes made on the Dragon Balls, in his case, the wish that restored King Piccolo's youth.
He originally started off as an antagonist, but soon later he redeems himself when Goku thanked Nuova for sparing his Granddaughter Pan when he actually had a chance to finish her. When his brother Ice Shenron shows up and freezes Goku, he went against his brother saying he wanted a fair 1-on-1 fight, then got beaten up by his own brother. Then he refused to destroy Goku while frozen and instead melted the ice to free Goku to go fight Ice Shenron.
