Octavia Ember is a minor character from the American animated web series RWBY and a supporting character in the 2020 novel spinoff RWBY: Before the Dawn. She is a member of Team NDGO.
She is voiced by Claire Hogan.
Appearance[]
Octavia has fair tanned skin, brick red hair, and olive green eyes. Her outfit consists of a teal waistcoat with 2 long tails, A dark brown strapless top and cropped vest, she wears 2 teal belts and sky blue pauldrons, a brown skirt with tan tips and inside, and navy blue ankle boots.
Biography[]
Octavia participates in the Vytal festival with the rest of Team NDGO where they take on Team SSSN in the tournament. Octavia is defeated before any of her teammates when she is kicked in the back of the head by Sun Wukong who proceeds to finish her off with his nunchucks. Octavia later fights in the Battle of Beacon against invading Grimm, White Fang troops, and Atlesian machines infected with the Black Queen virus. However Octavia and the rest of Team NDGO board one of the evacuation transports during the battle when Nebula was hospitalized and Octavia herself cites Beacon as a lost cause.
