Old Man Stockton is the leader of a caravan in bunker and a field agent for the railroad.

Old Man Stockton is the leader of a caravan and at some point was recruited by the Rail Road and become one of there field agents. As the leader of his caravan Stockton manages his business out of the settlement called bunker hill and runs a total of three caravan routes. The run though all major city's and many smaller towns and villages including the possible settlements the sole survivor can build. As a member of the railroad Stockton works a field agent who uses his caravan connections to relocate escape synths and is the leader of a safe house located under bunker hill. Stockton also adoptive one of the synths and raising her as his daughter.

Boston After Dark[]
The sole survivor goes to Old man Stockton in order to get a synth the railroads wants to be sent to one of there safe houses. Stockton arrives at the meetup location with a synth named H2-22 and signals a fellow agent High Rise to help with escorting H2-22 .
Human Error[]
Stockton rewards the sole survivor for rescuing his daughter from the people of covenant.
