Oo-Soo-Ma-Te is the main protagonist of the Disney California Adventure attraction Grizzly River Run at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. He is a powerful grizzly bear that was turned to stone to protect the surrounding land.

Oo-Soo-Ma-Te was a grizzly bear who lived in a forest which was also home to various forest animals. One day, a magical coyote named Ah-Ha-Ee met Oo-Soo-Ma-Te. Seeing how powerful and stong he was, Ah-Ha-Ee made Oo-Soo-Ma-Te in charge of protecting the forest from invaders. However, invading people attempted to chase Oo-Soo-Ma-Te away in order to take the forest land. Seeing this, Ah-Ha-Ee used his magical powers to turn Oo-Soo-Ma-Te into a stone mountain so he will never be able to be chased away. The mountain later became known as Grizzly Peak and was soon opened to guests by a river rafting company called Grizzly River Rafting Company to go whitewater rafting down Grizzly River, the river that flows through the mountain. Oo-Soo-Ma-Te's spirit haunted the mountain from then on, with many hearing his roaring when whitewater rafting in the mountain. The story of Grizzly Peak became a famous legend.

Taking place in the Grizzly River Rafting Company, the story of Grizzly Peak is told on a stone in the queue along with cave paintings of Oo-Soo-Ma-Te and Ah-Ha-Ee. The rafting trip around the mountain begins with the raft being lifted up on a wooden conveyor belt that runs under leaking pipes in the rafting company that spray water. Upon reaching the top of the conveyor, the rafts are dropped into the river. The riders then pass through a cave where the roar of Oo-Soo-Ma-Te is heard and bumping against a log jam. The ending of the ride drops the rafts down into a geyser field while being spun.
