Ororon is a major playable character in the 2020 action-adventure game Genshin Impact. He is a member of the Masters of the Night Winds and one of the six chosen Ancient Name warriors for Mavuika's plan to save Natlan from destruction. He wields the Ancient Name Bidii.
He is voiced by Liang Dawei in Chinese, Kondo Takashi in Japanese, Seo Jun-ik in Korean, and Nathan Nokes in English.
Appearance[]
Ororon is a tall male with pale skin, dark blue hair, and heterochronic eyes with his right eye being pink and his left eye being cyan. He wears a ripped grey jeans, large flared boots, a black shirt, and a jacket matching the color of his jeans. He has black tattoos on both arms resembling the shape of stylized orbs, and a blue tattoo under his cyan eye. A veil in dark blue and black is draped across part of his hair, and a pair of gloves on both hands. Ororon has black wings behind him and bat like ears.
Personality[]
Although normally seen as a loner who doesn't enjoy having company, he actually cares about the people in his tribe. Having been raised by the people of the Masters of the Night Wind Ororon dedicates himself to sacrifice everything to help others. Believing he owns them a debt for taking him in. Even assisting in Capitano's plan to save Natlan.
When the lost Khaenri'ahn soul Guthred attempted to wrestle control of his body in order to serve Capitano, Ororon realized that his life had further meaning than he had originally thought and resolved to make a more meaningful impact. This resulted in him being acknowledged by his tribe's and acknowledging that his initial support of Capitano's plan was flawed.
Background[]
When Ororon was born, he was discovered to have a damaged soul, for which his biological parents to abandon him. And as his damaged soul was seen as a "bad omen", he was soon meant to be sacrificed. However the sacrificial ritual failed, leaving Ororon to question his existence despite a few people from his tribe being supportive of him. He was eventually adopted and taken care by Citlali until he grew up and moved to his own place,
Powers & Abilities[]
- Bow Proficiency: Ororon uses a bow as his main weapon, allowing him to shoot arrows at enemies.
- Electrikinesis: Ororon weilds an electro vision, allowing him to move fast and conduct electrical attacks.
