Orton Mahlson is a recurring hero from the Disney series, Milo Murphy's Law. He is the creator of "The Dr. Zone Files" as well as the actor who plays Dr. Zone.
He is voiced by Jemaine Clement.
Heroic Acts[]
- In "Missing Milo", Orton temporarily came out of retirement help Zack, Melissa, and Sara find Milo, even though he really didn't feel like it. He looked at the last picture ever taken of him and noticed Cavendish and Dakota in the background and told them who those two were and how he based the characters of Dr. Zone and Time Ape off of them. This was a really big clue in finding Cavendish and Dakota, and later, Milo.
- In "Fungus Among Us", the 1960's version of Orton accompanied Cavendish and Dakota on their time travel adventure in present-day to meet Professor Time. He went through the sewers and they fought a giant Pistachion. During this entire ordeal, Orton was writing down all of the events that were happening so that he could one day make a show based on these stories.
- In "The Phineas and Ferb Effect", 1960's Orton accompanied Cavendish, Dakota, Doofenshmirtz, and Perry on their adventure through time to defeat the Pistachions. As before, he continued to document everything that was going on so that he could one day use it as writing material for his show.

- His name is based off one of the Milo Murphy's Law writers, "Martin Olson."
- He is aware that Cavendish and Dakota are time-travelers.
- He has topiary and a greenhouse on his property. (It is where he kept Milo's five-decade-old letter.)
- He is from New Zealand.
- His father was a zoning commissioner.
- As shown in "The Phineas and Ferb Effect", he can play the ukulele.
- He was shown to be good at singing and rapping - A possible reference to his voice actor, Jemaine Clement, who is famous for his singing and rapping.
