Otho-Ra, also known as Starchild, is a character in the Prime Earth continuity of the Superman comic book series and the older twin sister of Osul-Ra, forming the superhero duo known as the "Super Twins".
She is a Phaelosian and former slave/gladiator from Warworld who was adopted by Kal-El and Lois Lane. She is a member of the House of El and the Superman Family.
Otho-Ra is fiercely protective of her younger brother and is willing to go to great lengths to keep him safe. She may resort to methods that Clark disapproves of, but her actions stem from a place of deep love and loyalty towards her newly adopted family. Otho-Ra wholeheartedly embraces the fight for justice and willingly joins her family in their quest to uphold truth and righteousness.

Otho-Ra and her twin brother Osul-Ra survived the devastating attack on their homeworld, New Phaelosia, by Warworld. They were raised in the cells beneath the arena, adopting the Warzoon culture and idolizing Mongul. Their ultimate goal was to participate in the arena battles and carve out their own paths in life.

Otho-Ra has a short and hardy temper, she experienced greater difficulty adapting to Earth compared to her brother, primarily due to her upbringing on Warworld, where Mongul forced prisoners to fight for survival as fights to the death were seen as entertainment. As a result, she developed a sense of mistrust and can sometimes act recklessly if not closely monitored. She used to perceive violence as a normal part of life, following the law of the strongest. However, over time, she has been gradually learning how to live within society and understand its norms.
Otho also has an older sibling instinct with Osul, her twin brother, being very protective of him.

His attire is identical to his twin's, but with colors reversed.
