Ottie is the recurring protagonist of Hey Duggee, unlike real life zebras who speak in zebra grunts, he is able to talk.
Biography[]
Ottie loves attending the Squirrel Club with Peggee and he loves attending the Squirrel Club Clubhouse with Merry, Chad, Rochelle, and Finbar, and he loved the Squirrel Club since he came to Peggee's clubhouse.
He currently works for Peggee as a hummingbird club member.
