Oyuki is a supporting character of the 1978-1987 romantic comedy manga series Urusei Yatsura, as well as its 1981-1986 and 2022 anime television series adaptations of the same name.

She was voiced by late Noriko Ohara in the 1981 original series in Japanese and Saori Hayami in the 2022 reboot in Japanese and Jaime Phelps for Movies 1, 3-6 and Teresa Zimmerman, and Shanae'a Moore as young in the 2022 reboot in English.

She is alien with long hair as ponytail. She is dressed in a long, elegant kimono.

Personality[]

She have a soft-spoken, regal in demeanor and very slow to show anger. She is the only one who was never in trouble, due to her cool level-headedness, she rarely to show her anger or upset.

Biography[]

She is the childhood friends with Lum, Benten and Ran who went to kindergarten school together as children.

when Oyuki came to visit Ataru's house when he is sick, Ataru and his friends went with Oyuki to her planet, Neptune.

Oyuki comes to Lum's assistance when Lum needs her help, usually through the classroom's closet, freezing everything in her path. On the chapter 127, Ran seems able to feel Oyuki's anger, real or imagined, though she is never believed by others when she shows fear about it.

Oyuki is the only person that Ran fears.
Her name means "Big Snow".
Her first Japanese voice actress, Noriko Ohara, also voiced Nobita Nobi in Doraemon (1979), Hiyoshi Gō in Voltes V and Miime in Space Pirate Captain Harlock.
Her second Japanese voice actress, Saori Hayami, also voiced Shinobu Kocho in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Yor Forger in Spy × Family, Yamato in One Piece, Shirayuki in Snow White with the Red Hair, Himawari Uzumaki in Boruto
