Paige serves as the leader of the New Appalachia Settlers in the Online RPG Fallout 76, one of two factions that the Vault 76 Residents can befriend and join for a raid on Vault 79 to acquire the gold bullion stored inside.
When Paige is first found at Foundation, the Settlers' new home base on the former Brotherhood of Steel outpost at Spruce Knob in the Savage Divide, the Vault 76 residents come with a warning from the Vault 76 Overseer regarding the Scorched Plague and the threat it poses to the Settlers. Paige is initially willing to accept the threat seriously, but wants a second opinion from the Settlers' doctor Aubrie before he agrees to the inoculation. Once the residents return with Aubrie's confirmation, Paige agrees to the inoculation. Though he is initially surprised when it comes in a new flavor of Nuka-Cola, he still accepts it and thanks the residents for protecting the Settlers from the Scorched and Scorchbeasts.
Later, the residents return with news of the "treasure" that had people returning to Appalachia in the first place: Vault 79, housing the United States' gold reserve from Fort Knox. Despite some skepticism because of what he remembers regarding Congress and Capitol Hill in the past, he agrees to get a team together to raid the vault, including Jen, who's mother is a former Communist spy for the Chinese, several members of the United States Army, such as Sergeant Radcliff, and Penelope Hornwright, the CEO of Hornwright Industries, one of the two big mining companies that caused the miner riots in the Ash Heap due to replacing them with robotic miners to improve productivity, who could use the Hornwright mega miner, the Motherlode, to mine right into Vault 79 without having to use the front door.
Once the group is gathered, the Vault 76 Residents have the final say on whether they will join Paige for the raid, or side with Meg Groberg and the New Appalachia Raiders instead. If Paige and his Settlers are joined, he'll join them for the initial thrust with using the Motherlode to get into Vault 79, but remain behind while the Vault 76 residents, Jen, Sergeant Radcliff, and Penelope Hornwright head in. He'll rejoin them later to meet AC and the surviving members of the U.S. Secret Service in the gold storage chamber, before speaking with the Vault 76 residents about the gold. At that point, the residents can either uphold their agreement with the Settlers and split the 1000 gold bullion they got 50/50 with Paige so each get 500 bullion, keep all 1000 for themselves, or split the gold with the Settlers and Raiders, with each group getting 250 while the Vault 76 Residents get the other 500. Following that, Paige returns to Foundation to continue having the Settlers work to rebuild Appalachia in the aftermath of the Great War and restore the United States to the best of their abilities.
