She works alongside Bond to infiltrate the bar where the party is being held, only to find that it turns out to be a trap to catch and kill Bond. Bond ends up in the spotlight and sprayed with nanobots created by Project Heracles, but then it is revealed that the nanobots were actually imprisoned to kill SPECTERE members instead. In the chaos that ensues Bond and Paloma manage to capture Obruchev, evading Nomi, an agent MI6 who has the same goal as them.
Then Paloma takes Bond and Obruchev to an alley to get to Nomi's plane, Bond and she say goodbye and this is the end of her mission.
