Panam Palmer is a main character in the 2020 video game Cyberpunk 2077. She is an Afterlife mercenary and member of the Aldecaldos nomad clan. She, along with Kerry Eurodine, serves as a potential love interest for the male V.
She is voiced by Emily Woo Zeller.
Biography[]
Once a member of the Aldecaldos, Panam abandoned the clan after multiple disagreements with its leader Saul Bright. She subsequently became a mercenary in Night City, working for Afterlife owner Rogue Amendiares. Panam was frequently paired with fellow nomad Nash Bane, though was unaware he was a Raffen Shiv: Nomads excommunicated from clans.
After a job where she was betrayed by Nash and stole her vehicle Warhorse, Panam was set up with the mercenary V to recover both the stolen vehicle and the cargo. After the mission, she helps them plan an ambush of Kang Tao forces and kidnap the Relic developer Anders Hellman. During these missions, Panam reaches out to the Aldecados, namely Mitch Anderson and Driss "Scorpion" Meriana.
After Saul is kidnapped by Raffen Shiv, Panam calls V and asks for their assistance to rescue him. If they are successful, she rejoins the Aldecados and begins making plans to benefit the clan, preventing Saul from selling it to Biotechnica. Panam can also become co-leader of the Aldecados after leading the theft of a basilisk tank from Militech. If V has a masculine build, she can become romantically involved with the mercenary, depending on dialogue choices.
If V helped her become Aldecados co-leader with Saul, Panam is one of the options to call asking for her assistance to access Mikoshi. Panam and the Aldecados support V in accessing Arasaka Tower, with her personally accompanying them during their infiltration the building and during their battle with Adam Smasher.
Trivia[]
- Panam is the only of V's potential love-interests who is directly involved in one of Cyberpunk 2077's endings: The Star.
