Papa Doom is a recurring character in Wander Over Yonder.
Description
He's a short, male, lavender, gargoyle-like creature who rules Doomstone, a planet where everybody acted tough until their lies were discovered and were renamed as "Congenial Rock". Papa Doom has tall, male, gargoyle-like creatures as his guards in his huge palace.
Story
Papa Doom and his gargoyles guards
Wander and Sylvia stole the motorhogs's motorcycle to get to Papa Doom for some orbble juice in order to return to traveling through the universe.
He believed Wander was tough and ordered his guards to get him and Sylvia some orbble juice. Wander gave Papa Doom rocks instead of crystals and he and his guards chased after him.
Wander and Sylvia also met with the bad guys from the saloon who were also angry at them. Wander took off his fake mustache and Sylvia told them they're not really mean and just needed to get back home. They were all angry, but after everybody admits they only act tough.
Finally, Doomstone is renamed by its people as "Congenial Rock", Papa Doom gives Sylvia the orbble juice they needed (enough "to get them wherever they want to go") and they all said their goodbyes.
Papa Doom is seen in "The End of the Galaxy" to aid Wander and a group of rebels to fight Lord Dominator.
