Patrick is the tritagonist of the 2012 supernatural horror film The Apparition. He assists Kelly and Ben in stopping The Apparition from haunting them until The Apparition kills him.
He was portrayed by Tom Felton, who also portrayed Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter film franchise and Julian Albert Desmond in The Flash television series, and voiced Grey in the animated film, Sheep and Wolves.
Biography[]
Patrick along with college students Ben, Greg, and Lydia recreated a séance using modern technology that took place on May 21, 1973 in which six people attempted to summon the spirit of a man named Charles Reamer. Patrick and his friends conducted the séance to prove that the supernatural existed and that the people from 1973 actually summoned a ghost.
Instead, Patrick, Lydia, Greg, and Ben accidentally summon an evil spirit which kills Lydia. The evil spirit, however, continued to roam the Earth after it was summoned. This evil spirit eventually begins haunting Ben and his girlfriend, Kelly. Patrick was called by Ben who then told them about the nature of the spirit and how to stop it. Patrick attempts to help Kelly and Ben get rid of the spirit but he is pulled into their closet where the spirit kills him.
