Paul Rocco is the main deuteragonist of Christmas is Here Again.
He is an elf who became frozen in ice after trying to stop Krad from stealing Santa Claus's sack (which is made from Jesus's baby clothes) as revenge after Santa stopped giving Krad's coal to naughty children. This caused Christmas to be cancelled and forgotten.
Thirty years later, an crippled orphan girl named Sophiana came across Paul and was able to free him from the ice. After this, the two went to the North Pole where Santa explained to Sophiana (who had never heard of Christmas, due to the theft of the sack) what had happened to his sack.
Paul, along with Sophiana, a young reindeer calf named Dart (who's grandfather is one of Santa's reindeer), a fox named Buster and a polar bear named Charlee, sets out to defeat Krad and return Santa's sack and bring back Christmas.
