Peli Motto is a mechanic in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. She lives in Mos Esiley with her droids, and with her droids she repairs ships.
Biography[]
The Mandalorian[]
When Din Djarin’s ship, the Razor Crest, was damaged while Din was fleeing a bounty hunter, Riot Maria, he stopped at Mos Eisley to repair the ship and he met Peli Motto. But since Din didn’t like droids yet, he didn’t want her droids to fix Razor Crest. When Din set out in search of an adventure, she met Grogu during Razor Crest’s repair and began to gloom well with him. But soon Toro Calican captured her and tried to kidnap Grogu, but Din came to help and he rescued her and Grogu from Toro by shooting him to death. After that, Din and Grogu set out to continue their journey. Later, when Din and Grogu returned to Mos Eisley again, he let her droids inspect the Razor Crest, and Din asked her about Mos Pelgo. She showed a map of where Mos Pelgo was, after which Din and Grogu went to Mos Pelgo to search for that Mandalorian. And when Din and Grogu returned to Mos Eisley, she told of the words of Dr. Mandable that the Frog Lady's husband had seen Mandalorians in Trask. However, she advised Din not to use the hyperdrive because of the Frog Lady's spawning, and after her advice, Din and Grogu set out to take the Frog Lady to Trask.
The Book of Boba Fett[]
While the Peli was at work, she got into trouble and met Din Djarin when he came to meet her, receiving the message that she was part of the Razor Crest. She introduced Din to the Naboo N-1 Starfighter, and wanted Din to try it, and so she started repairing it with Din. And at the same time, she and Din asked Jawas for help with the need for good parts. And when the N-1 was repaired, Din took it on a test flight, and while Din was on a test flight, she met one of Din's old friends, Fennec Shand, but she didn't tell Fennec where Din was and left him out of the hangar. But after the test flight, she told Din Fennec was looking for Din, and she and Din noticed Fennec got in, after which she was going to reprogram her droid. Later, when Din left to help Boba Fett, she met Grogu again when R2-D2 brought him to Mos Eisley so he could get to Din when Grogu wanted to return to Din. Leaving Mos Espa, she and her droids were in the middle of the Mos Espa’s war, and she even had to defend Mok Shaiz's Majordomo. And after all, Mos Espa’s war ended, and she then returned to Mos Eisley.
