Penelope Pinfeather (also known as Penelope Pennyfeather) is a bird who is colored white. One of the owl's students, she is a bookworm in eyeglasses. She appeared in the 1953 Disney short series Adventures in Music.
Penelope is first vocalizing when the owl censors her beak. Her next appearance is that the owl talks to everyone that Penelope has drawn a picture about the ocean with music. Her last line in this short is that she never sings about brains. She is seen singing the short's conclusion with the other students (except Bertie, a student who wears a dunce hat).
Toot, Whistle, Plunk, and Boom
Penelope's name is not mentioned, but is briefly seen during the owl's lesson intro.
- Loulie Jean Norman (Melody)
It is unknown who voiced her in her final cartoon appearance, since she is seen in stock footages of her first appearances in the former Disney series Disney Sing-Along Songs with no lines.
