Penelope Poodle is one of the characters from Blinky Bill's Extraordinary Balloon Adventures which is the 3rd Season of the original Blinky Bill TV Series.
Apparance
Penelope is a very beautiful anthromorphic French poodle with light pink fur, she wears a purple panties which is the only form of clothing she wears. Poodle also wears mostly a magenta dog collar with a small diamond, and rare occasions she wears a diamond necklace.
