Basically, Penguin King, he is a good ruler and fights alongside all his men and is determined to stop anyone from attacking his kingdom. However, he knows he is annoyed by the Luma who is smiling and creepy looking.
Appearance[]
The Penguin King is a blue penguin with a royal brown coat and a golden crown on his head.
History[]
He first appeared fighting Bowser's forces. The snowballs he threw did not affect Bowser and so he was tossed aside and watched as Bowser stole the star.
He was next seen imprisoned with his loyal subjects in Bowser's Castle, where he met Luigi and told him to ignore the chaotic blue nihilistic Lumalee. The blue Luma, kept on irritating him and all the other prisoners continuously until Kamek arrived to tell them that they are all invited to Bowser's and Princess Peach's "wedding" only to be killed in Peach's honor, much to their horror and dismay.
During the wedding ceremony, Peach was shocked to see all the prisoners alone with the Penguin King planned to be publicly burned in the lava during the wedding. This prompted her to use the Ice Flower she hid in her bouquet to fight Bowser and froze him, along with the lever that brought the prisoners to their potential demise. However, despite her best efforts, she reverted back to her normal form. Thankfully, Mario, and Donkey Kong prevented all the prisoners along with the Penguin King from their potential deaths. It is unknown what happened to him and the other penguins after, but its possible they rebuilt the Snow Kingdom or relocated to live somewhere else.
