Peni Parker is a young Japanese-American girl from Marvel Comics.
She is 14-year-old high school student who was adopted by Aunt May and Uncle Ben following the death of her parents. She pilots a psychically-powered mech suit known as the SP//dr, which is partially controlled by a radioactive spider that also shares a psychic link with the pilot.
She was created by Gerard Way and Jake Wyatt, and first appeared in Edge of Spider-Verse #5 in October of 2014.
When her father died when she was nine years old, she was informed by her uncle Ben and aunt May that she was only one who could finish his mech suit project. Peni accepted the responsibility, and allowed the radioactive spider to bite her, and worked on the mech suit.
At the age of fourteen, she ran into supervillain Mysterio, who was infecting New York with a hallucinogenic gas while piloting an enormous orb. Despite being hit with some of the gas, she was able to subdue Mysterio, but was later pulled out of class by Daredevil to help him stop a illegal biological enchantment ring.
Afterward, Peni was returning home on the subway, but was confronted by Ezekiel Sims and Peter Porker, who revealed that someone was hunting down Spider-Totems and killing them. Believing them, she returned home to get her armor, and participated in the Spider-Verse with the Spider-Army members Peter Parker, Noir Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, and Gwen Stacy.
Peni was also questioned by Addy Brock, who believed that she was SP//dr, and would later take the VEN#m suit to help her fight M.O.R.B.I.U.S. Addy lost control, and Aunt May was assimilated into the suit when she tried to stop the Sym Engine from exploding inside of him. Peni was able to defeat VEN#m, but was unable to find Addy or Aunt May, leaving her and uncle Ben alone. Spider-Ham returned and recruited Peni once again into the Spider-Army.
Personality[]
Peni showed herself to be a responsible and dedicated individual, as she decided to work on her father's project at the age of nine. Despite this, Peni could be arrogant, as she refuse from anyone when fighting M.O.R.B.I.U.S., but was aided by her uncle and aunt.
Abilities[]
Peni is quite intelligent, able to inventing certain technology that would work in her advantage. Likewise, she is quite an expert at piloting the SP//dr, which she uses effectively in battles and missions.
Appearance[]
She has black hair, fair skin and brown eyes.

She wears a black school uniform with a white shirt, blue skirt, black cotton panties, black socks and black school shoes.

In Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, she was voiced by Kimiko Glenn, who also voiced Lena Sabrewing in DuckTales and Ezor in Voltron: Legendary Defender.
