Percy is the father of Olie Polie, Zowie Polie, Coochie and Coo and husband of Polina Polie, younger brother of Gizmo, younger nephew of Aunt Polie Anna and younger son of Pappy. He is a resident of Polieville. He was voiced by Adrian Truss as an adult and Kyle Fairlie as a kid.
Appearance
Percy has blue overalls, a black bow tie, glasses on his face, and black shoes. He has red ears just like everyone else.
Personality
Percy is a loyal, and honest father. He is also an inventor.
