Appearance

Perfect Panda is a black and white care bear with tawny fur, blue eyes. White head and belly and the rest is black. His Belly is a yellow star called “Unlock the Magic” with a tricolor ribbon.

Personality

Perfect Panda is very polite and always speaks in a polite tone, but he doesn't like the lifestyle of his cousins, the Care Bears. Not having met his twin sister, Polite Panda, as a child, he had some rational problems, growing up in "The Valley". After he meets her, he becomes very close to her and always speaks to her in rhyme.
