Pete Puma is a character from Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shorts.


He first appeared in 1952 Robert McKimson cartoon, "Rabbit's Kin". In this cartoon, he is trying to eat a young rabbit named "Shorty", who asks Bugs Bunny for help. He appeared in only two Golden Age cartoons. The second one is Robert McKimson cartoon feauturing Elmer Fudd. In this cartoon, Pete is called Rocko the Mountain Lion. He also appeared in many "Tiny Toon Adventures" episodes. He appeared in 1997 Chuck Jones cartoon "Pullet Surprise". In this cartoon, he is trying to steal and eat chicken from Foghorn Leghorn. He also appeared in 2006 movie ,,Bah,Humduck! A Looney Tunes Christmas". He is one of Bugs' and Daffy's best friends in "The Looney Tunes Show". He made appearance in "Wabbit:A New Looney Tunes Production" episode "Tweet Team". He appeared in video game "Looney Tunes Collector:Martian Revenge" as a boss fight.

Heroic Acts

In The Looney Tunes Show episode "To Bowl Or Not To Bowl", he is one of Bugs' team members. He tried to help Bugs and other team members to beat Terry Delgado in bowling match.

In The Looney Tunes Show episode "Sunday Night Slice", he tried to help Speedy Gonzales with his new restaurant with Bugs, Daffy, Porky and Marvin.
