Peter Cairn is the main protagonist of the Spawn universe spin-off series Rat City.
He is a former solider with cyber legs that became a hellspawn thanks to Al Simmons time bomb
History[]
Peter cairn grew up normal and met a girl named Kizzy DeWitt in high school. He would soon the army and met Owain Rhys they would become apart of band of soliders during world war III alongside his group. They would soon be destroyed by a bomb which made Peter Lose his legs and Owain lose his hands. This bomb was actually the bomb that Al simmons made to destroy Violator causing it to make a an effect in every timeline.
During this Peter was slowly recovering from his injuries he would soon discover a dark secret on PTS experimatations and his nanites are effect by Spawn's timebomb and giving him the powers of a hellspawn. He manages to escape albeit at the cost of Owain's life. Later Peter as the Deviant would meet up with Quinlian who was RHys lover who is trying to bring down the PTS and they would meet Ammon who tries to capture peter but fails.
Peter would see the memories of Al simmons and his adventures causing him to lose control. later Peter and Qunlian show up to another location ambused byPTs forces and trying to destroy him but Peter lost control and went on a rampage on the news.
Peter would regain control and goes into hiding with Quinlian but later gets ambushed by Ammon now a full cyborg and later goes to PTS to finally take down DR. Boze but he uses an explosion to destroy himself and the building.

- Peter is based on Batman Beyond and Spider-Man 2099 as the protagonist of the future series suceeding the original.
