Phagousa (Greek: φᾰγοῦσᾰ), the Ocean Titan was a supporting character in the turn based role-playing video game Honkai: Star Rail. The Ocean Titan was the mother of the Sea Sirens, ruled in the deep seas, and also the Patron Goddess of the Coastal City-States of Amphoreus, such as Styxia. Phagousa enjoys drifting through the world, appearing in watery currents and waves, enjoying entertainment, and feasting. The Coreflame of Phagousa is already returned by Hysilens, who became the Demigod of Ocean.
Phagousa's Titan Murmur is voiced by Cat Protano, known for voicing Skirk in Genshin Impact.

According to the mythology circulated among the Chrysos Heirs, Phagousa was worshipped by the people in the Seaside States, such as Styxia. Voyagers of the sea often seeing the Sea Sirens drifting through the waves, and sometimes they might encounter Phagousa by a chance. Phagousa's known to be the joyful Titan that often gets drunk. Phagousa was known in many legends as the savior that brings revelry, for thwarting Nikador's conquest, by inventing a pomegranate juice to replace blood, in order to save the people from Nikador's conquests. Phagousa, along with the other Titans of Foundation, Georios and Aquila, usually were known to be rivals to each other. In the myths about the rain, Aquila's Dawn Device also contributes the evaporation of the seawater in Amphoreus, which triggers the rivalry with Phagousa.
