Phoebe Monica Rachel Thunderman is one of two main protagonists (alongside Max Thunderman) of the 2013 Nickelodeon TV series The Thundermans, it's 2024 sequel movie The Thundermans Return, and the upcoming spin-off series, The Thundermans: Undercover.
She is a 14-year old super heroine twin to Max, and older sister to Nora and Billy. She's very responsible, a straight-A student, and tries to play by the "no powers" rule. She has a quite obvious crush on Cole Campbell. She's the oldest daughter of Hank and Barb Thunderman and is on her way to one day becoming a great superhero as many believe, even Max begrudgingly admits. Though not always on the straight arrow, she does try the hardest of her siblings to always do what she knows is right.
Her hero name is known to be Thunder Girl, since she was born with superpowers, she has abilities for Telekinesis, both Freeze and Heat Breath, and has a great ability to sense when danger is calling, which is Thundersense. Most of her abilities are similar to her twin brother.
She was portrayed by Kira Kosarin, who voiced Shannon in Lucky.
Overview[]
Phoebe is the oldest daughter of Barb and Hank Thunderman, and is the twin sister of Max Thunderman. She was 20 seconds born earlier than Max. Her younger siblings are Billy, Nora and Chloe Thunderman, and they are known as the Thunder Kids. She and the rest of her siblings grew up in Metroburg with their parents, even if they were still active superheroes at the time. However, in 2013, the Thundermans moved to Hiddenville to live a normal life.
Abilities[]
Phoebe has taken combat lessons as part of her superhero training, and she's by no means bad at using them. In Thundermans: Secret Revealed and various other episodes, Phoebe could take on Dark Mayhem and her brother Max with using nothing but her physical prowess.
