Piglet is the tritagonist of the 3-part Zenoscope Comic series Pooh vs. Bambi.

Biography[]

Years before the events of Pooh vs. Bambi, Penelope proved herself to be the latest addition in a dynasty of decorated soldiers. She became the leader of a dedicated task force calling itself the Pigpen. This is why they call her Piglet.

After Pooh gets spotted by hunters and photos of him are uploaded on social media, he races back to his stash in the woods to pack up and run. However, as soon as he gets his bag, Piglet walks into a wire, setting off alarm bells and alerting him to her presence. He pulls out a gun from his stash and tries to shoot Piglet. However, his marksmanship has gotten so poor that his three shots miss Piglet by a few inches as she leaps toward him. This prompts her to sarcastically compliment his shooting skills. She lands on him, places two devices on his shoulders and flips back a few metres before he can even react. The two devices activate, zapping Pooh with enough electricity to force him down to his knees. She pulls out an electrified rod, which her two teammates also have, and tries to bring it down on him while telling him that it is game over. This enrages him to the point of grabbing her wrist, saying that he is not playing, and throwing her into her teammates. She recovers quickly enough to dodge his fists as he brings them down on her teammates, knocking them out. He demands to know who they are, but she simply removes her damaged helmet and tells him to get stuffed. He demands to know who they are working for, but she only responds, "Up yours!" Both of them see a gun nearby and start racing towards it. She gets to the gun first, grabs it while rolling and aims it at Pooh as she tells him to say his prayers. However, she is unhappy to see that he already got his hands on another gun and has it aimed at her. Fortunately, before things go any further, a helicopter lands nearby and a squad of troops emerge from it. Their leader, an old man named General Robin, tells Piglet to stand down. Pooh also stands down because he is surprised to see his old superior and father figure again. General Robin reminds her that he ordered her to capture Pooh alive.

The helicopters take Pooh and Piglet to the base. Pooh watches Piglet accompany her wounded teammates to the infirmary. She spits on the ground in his direction, greatly annoying him. The next morning, Pooh, clean-shaven and geared up for the mission, meets up with Piglet. He sees her talking to another high-ranking officer and wants to know where General Robin is. Piglet, on her part, wants to know if he is really going into the mission wearing only shoes, shorts and a shirt. He asks her who the officer that she was talking to was, but she ignores that questions, says that General Robin has been sent on a different mission, and repeats her question. He points out there were no uniforms his size. She mimics a bear attack with her right hand and snidely responds that of course they do not make uniforms for monsters. Pooh, annoyed with her attitude, snarks that they clearly only make them for children. Furious, she orders him to get on the plane. Sometime later, the Pigpen and Pooh are on the plane heading towards an island. The mission is to rescue Tigger, who had gone to the island and disappeared some time ago. Piglet gives orders and warns Pooh not to run off on them. When he points out that it is an island and he would not be able to go anywhere, she glares at him and warns him to stay where they can see him. At that moment, an unknown force attacks the plane. Pooh decides to jump out of the plane and use his parachute. Piglet and the Pigpen had to abandon the plane and use their parachutes. She is shocked to see that the unknown force is a flock of hybrid birds. She tries to have the Pigpen fight against the birds, but one of the birds tears a hole in her parachute, causing her to fall from a far height and get stuck in a spider's web. To her horror, she discovers that a cluster of hybrid spiders have captured and eaten the rest of the Pigpen, and she is next. Luckily, Pooh shows up and rips apart the spider that was about to eat her. He gets her out of the web, puts her over his shoulder and starts running. He asks her about her aim, and she tells him that it is better than his. So he gives her a gun and she uses it to shoot down the spiders. He asks her about her swimming, and she asks what that is supposed to mean…just in time for both of them to drop down a cliff and into a river below. They come up for air some distance down the river and come up to a fence. They have a discussion over the mission, and Pooh points out that they can still complete the mission once they rescue Tigger. Pooh claws open the fence and enters the laboratory. Piglet is not sure what to make of the animal hybrids floating in the tanks, but Pooh has a very good idea what they are for. He goes through a big door and she runs after him. They find themselves in a wide open area, and Kanga greets them from above. She has Roo, her son, jump down to attack Pooh. Pooh tries to fight Roo by himself, but Roo beats him up and throws him into Piglet. Pooh quickly suggests a new strategy and Piglet quickly agrees. Pooh attacks Roo from one side, and Piglet attacks from the other side. They manage to knock Roo out. Piglet prepares to shoot Roo in the head, but Tigger interrupts her. Tigger asks her to put down her gun, and Pooh, trusting Tigger, tells her to put down her gun. Piglet does so, although she is quite unhappy about it. At that moment, an entire squad of security guards show up, surround Pooh and Piglet, and hold them at gunpoint. Pooh is shocked by this turn of events, while Piglet says that she just knew it. On top of that, Bambi, Pooh's former best friend, reveals himself to be alive and the one in charge of the laboratory. Tigger puts her arms around Bambi, showing where her loyalties lie.
