Plessie is a supporting character who made his debut in Super Mario 3D World. He makes appearances in certain levels of different worlds where a road of water or sand is present. He also makes an appearance in Bowser's Fury, where he transports Mario around Lake Lapcat.
Plessie first appears in Super Mario 3D World. He appears in various worlds where he carries Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Blue Toad, and Rosalina through the stage while avoiding obstacles in their way. After arriving at the end of the road, Plessie will wave good-bye as the proceed to the next area of the stage or the last section overall.
Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury[]
Plessie reappears in Bowser's Fury, where he plays a significantly larger role, where he helps Mario and Bowser Jr. get from place to place around Lake Lapcat. During the first act, he cannot carry any of Lake Lapcat's local calico kittens around. He helps Mario defeat Fury Bowser during the final act of the battle, while also gaining a cat form in the process and poses at the end of the game. With his new cat form, Plessie is able to transport any of the cats and kittens to their mothers.
