Poco Loco is an anthropomorphic parrot who appeared on the PBS Kids live-action educational television series Sesame Street. He was originally voiced by the late Jerry Nelson. He sometimes appeared with Big Bird in some sketches. He was replaced by a different parrot named H. Ross Parrot, a parody of H. Ross Perot. He finally appeared in a 1999 episode where 1999 episode where Telly and Rosita teach a parrot the alphabet. He made a cameo in the Elmo's World segment, Pets, which premiered in 2001 in Season 32, Episode 3 (3918) of Sesame Street.
