Poppy is a character in Pokémon Scarlett and Violet. She is the Steel-Type Elite Four Member.
Biography[]
After the Player earns their 7th badge, they are introduced to Poppy as the Steel-Type Elite Four Member. Rika notes how unbelievable it is for Poppy to be an Elite Four Member due to her young age. Later, after the Player beats Rika, Poppy steps in to battle the Player. After getting beaten, she starts crying because she couldn't beat the Player for Rika. After the Player beats Hassel, she tries to comfort him after he has his little emotional breakdown. Later, after the Player defeats Geeta, Poppy Congratulations them for becoming one of Palda's Champions. Poppy briefly appears alongside Rika during Nemona and the Player's big battle and cheers for the Player as they beat Nemona.
Personality[]
Poppy is rather childish, which is fitting given her age. She is also rather confident in her abilities as a trainer because she's an Elite Four Member. She's also loving towards the people she cares about, as she comforted Hassel when he started crying. She also trips of her choice of words a lot, as shown when she says "I wanted to take revenge on you, Rika." instead of "I wanted to take revenge for you, Rika."
