Porkchop is a tritagonist in the animated series Doug. He is Doug Funnie's pet dog and sidekick who accompanies him nearly everywhere he goes.
Traits
Porkchop is anthropomorphic, but he's still just a "normal" dog. He speaks in a series of iconic dog sounds like barks and others, and he can also communicate by body language, facial expressions, and hand gestures. Porkshop is very talented in many things (such as acting).
History
Doug has Porkchop as a gift from December. He like to listen to his walkman (which Doug gave him for a present) at the same year as he gave Doug his journal. He acts as Doug's conscience and adviser and sometimes assists Doug in making decisons. He lives in an igloo-shaped doghouse.
