Prime Rouge is a supporting character in Netflix TV Show Sonic Prime, based on Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. She is a white anthropomorphic bat who is the Boscage Maze counterpart of Rouge the Bat.

She is voiced by Kazumi Evans, in Japanese Version she is voiced by Rumi Ochiai.

Personality

Prim appears to be instinctively smart, selfish and manipulative. She lied to Sonic to help her and the others gather supplies, while she kept Thorn Rose busy.

She is very calm and duplicitous, and is considered the "leader", manipulating them to keep them together.
