Princess Yum Yum is the deuteragonist from the animated film The Thief and the Cobbler.
She was voiced by Sara Crowe in the original version, Bobbi Page in the Majestic Film version, and Jennifer Beals (who also portrayed Alexandra "Alex" Owens in Flashdance.) in the Miramax version.
Biography[]
In the beginning of the film, she takes an instant liking to Tack. Before Zigzag can convince Nod to have Tack executed, Yum-Yum saves Tack by breaking one of her shoes and ordering Tack to fix it. While repairing her shoe, Tack and Yum-Yum become increasingly attracted to each other, much to the jealousy of Zigzag, who lusts after Yum-Yum and plots to take over the kingdom by marrying her.
She later on joins Tack and her Nanny to save her kingdom from Zigzag and his new partner Mighty One-Eye when a Thief steals the golden balls that protect the kingdom. After Zigzag is defeated and the Golden Balls are returned, she and Tack marry and live happily ever after.
Appearance[]
Princess Yum Yum has a tan skin color and violet eyes.
She wears a tiara (with a feather and veil), a midriff-revealing orange top, violet skirt and jewelry (consisted of heart earrings, sapphire necklace and golden vambraces).
Her ballet flats are burgundy and once repaired, they were adorned with pearls. Her tonails, once her feet are bare, are red.
