The Protagonist is the main character of ZombiU, and a survivor of England's zombie epidemic.
Overview[]
The survivor has a maximum of 100 health points, which cannot increase. When a survivor dies, they become infected and add to the the horde of zombies, and can no longer be playable unless the game is reset. All of the survivor's weapons and other items can be retrieved from the corpse if the survivor should ever die.
Appearance[]
In Normal Mode, the first three survivor models are always the same, but with differently randomised names and professions. After they die, all survivors afterwards will have randomly generated clothing, professions and race and appearance. The first three survivor appearances are, respectively:
- A skinny man with a buzz-cut, wearing a stained white shirt, a light brown jacket, and jeans. His profession varies. He's the only model playable in Survivor Mode.
- A woman with blonde hair in a ponytail, wearing a white vest, denim shorts, and knee-high boots. Her profession varies.
- A man with a bandaged wound on his head, black skin with pale areas from battle wounds, and an armoured police vest. His profession is always police-related.

For both genders, 109 forenames are randomly given.
