Pru Granger

Prudence Granger, also simply known as Pru, is one of the main characters of Spirit Riding Free, as well one of Lucky Prescott’s two best friends, alongside Abigail Stone. She rides a horse named Chica Linda.

In the series, she is voiced by Sydney Park. In the movie, she is voiced by Marsai Martin, who also played Diane Johnson in Black-ish and voiced Aggro in DreamWorks Dragons: Rescue Riders and Liberty in PAW Patrol movies.

Appearance[]

Pru is a tall, pretty black girl with dark brown hair and brown eyes. In the movie she is slim with darker skin and has curly hair tied in blue bows, instead of the series which has it wavy and tied in a ponytail. In the series she wears a light blue dress with a yellow piece at the neck and dark blue jeans and brown shoes. In the movie she has a yellow short-sleeved shirt with dirty blue pants with suspenders and light brown boots.

Personality[]

Pru is Lucky and Abigail's best friend, and she cares a lot about them, and is always there to help them when they need her. She is kind, altruistic and pacifist, but also stubborn and very competitive, since she realized that her passion is dressage and absolutely wanting to become one of them one day.

Pru is quite mature for her age, and among Lucky's friends she is the most intelligent and is also a bit paranoid since she worries about many things that make her stressed most of the time and leads her to become agitated.
