Punio is a supporting character in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
Appearance[]
Like the rest of the Punies, Punio has a snail-like body, but he has dark gray streaks and a green orb on the antenna on its head.
History[]
Punio follows Mario into the Mysterious Forest and when they reach the Great Oak, home of the Punies, he is the one who advises him to look for Flurrie, who will later join the company, to enter the tree.
After freeing the Punies from their cages, the Matriarch of the Punis orders everyone, including Punio, to follow Mario and help him chase away the Crossed Ones.
