Quan Chi is a minor character in Mortal Kombat 1. Unlike the main version, he appears as a heroic counterpart of him and an unplayable character in the game's final chapter.
Like his original counterpart, he is voiced by Sean T. Kirshnan.
Biography[]
While he resembles his New Era counterpart, this version of Quan Chi was a heroic figure, and seems to be partners with the similary heroic Shang Tsung. This Quan Chi would join the Union of Light against the Order of Darkness and his malicious Titan self.
In Mortal Kombat 1's final chapter, Armageddon, he features as an ally, and he and his Shang Tsung managed to reach the top of the Pyramid and fought their Titan selves. Tragically, while distracted, he and Shang Tsung are brutally killed by their Titan counterparts, their skeletons being pulled out of their bodies.
